One thing you should remember- it’s in medina, so taxi is not able to bring you directly there, several minutes you should go on foot (it’s important for people with heavy luggage). But employees could organise you a person, who could help you to carry your luggage. They also have allowed us to leave our bags there longer, as far as our bus was in the evening.
