Got to speak to the hotel GM who personally welcomed us. Upgraded to a suite and the room was clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

The host Rachid is the most warm and lovely person, and made us feel right at home and cooked us a lovely spontaneous birthday dinner! He is incredibly helpful and nothing is a hassle with him! We had a wonderful stay!
