The host and all of the staff are polite and friendly, they work so hard to ensure guests have a comfortable staff. The breakfast buffet on offer is full of fresh ingredients. When they knew we would be checking out too early for breakfast on our last day they went out of their way to make us sandwiches to take with us.

Spacious room and very nice bathroom and balcony. Regularly cleaned, towels changed daily. Lovely swimming pool and hot tub in main building. At the front there is family run restaurant with tasty food. All staff from the restaurant to back of the house are absolutely the nicest. Highly recommend. Also location is great with Velika Plaza only 10-15 min away.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was immaculate and well-appointed, and the location was perfect for exploring Ulcinj. We especially enjoyed the Spa and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended!

The location is beautiful and romantic!! There’s beautiful greenery and sites and food everywhere. The cobblestone walkways made for a good time but be careful what shoes you wear so you don’t slip.

El Kulla e Balshajve se encuentra en el centro histórico de Ulcinj y ofrece una estancia memorable de 3 estrellas en una zona peatonal. Such an amazing place. We had a beautiful apartment on the second floor, overlooking the sea on both sides.The views are mesmerizing. You open the shutters and enjoy the beauty of the blue water and the town and the beach below . The apartment was spotless, hot water plentiful, bed very comfortable. There was a small fridge and a kettle to make tea. Internet worked well. Don’t even hesitate, book this gem and enjoy this very rare opportunity. The old town has such a fascinating history. Kulla is also the easiest hotel to access by the steps leading to the old town. Really 3 minutes up from the road. Easy steps. The staff. Another amazing chapter. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, cheerful, proud to be from Ulcinj. Florina is absolutely delightful. Beautiful people. We really did not want to leave. What an incredible experience. Miss Kulla e Balshajve and Ulcinj already. Oh, and breakfasts. I am still full. They keep brining goodies.
