This was a perfect place to end our holidays. A beautiful and big apartment, a fully equipped kitchen, a nice living room. We loved the place, the pool, the location, everything! I would certainly go back to stay more time at Claro de Luna. The owner was very friendly, we arrived earlier than expected and he brought the keys immediately. We were also allowed to pay for a late check-out so we could still have a shower before we left to the airport.

Absolutely everything about this resort is incredible!! We were celebrating our honeymoon and it was magical spending our time in secrets Akumal. Everything is done to perfection and that’s all thanks to the amazing staff they have. We loved seeing the entertainment team everyday and getting involved in all of their activities. Max, jonas, Abraham and Gina were amazing ❤️ The food and drinks in the resort were such high quality. We loved the pizza by the pool and also loved the grill for dinner! We snorkelled with the turtles which I’d highly recommend! Amazing experience! Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so incredibly enjoyable. We didn’t stop smiling the entire trip and we have memories forever!

A mini refrigerator and a dining table are provided in each room. Free WiFi access is available. Peaceful place in the nature. Rooms were confortable and private, nice breakfast and friendly staff. The restaurant of the hotel is very tasty as well.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The rooms are large, very comfortable and very clean. The service of every single employee is outstanding. The installations are in perfect conditions. All the restaurants are delicious with great quality of food, diverse menus and fresh food. The entertainment is nice but not to loud. The beach is spectacular, there was no sargasam on our stay. We love visiting this hotel. Our private concierge Heriberto was of great help. Coco's café matcha latte delicious. The new World café was inagurated and it is so nice and comfortable.

A small hotel kept with love and lots of details. Beautiful lush garden, lots of privacy and all you need for the room and the pool. They kindly changed my dates, stored my bag, helped me with travel arrangements and useful tips around Tulum. Rooms are spacious, beds are good, showers hot. Coffee maker in the room and hot/cold water refill available. Really, a great choice!

I absolutely *loved* this hotel - I was a bit apprehensive about staying in the middle of party-land, but this is an oasis of calm and comfort! I had a room facing the garden at the back and the auxiliary patio doors kept out the noise at night. Lovely touches in the room - drinking glasses upside down with tissue paper to keep the edges clean, shower curtain finished off with blue ribbon and flower insert, excellent wifi... just a superb room and hotel. You have to carry your cases up the stairs (but staff did insist on offering to bring them up for me) Breakfast is simple (then again I do eat a lot, so it's probably fine for everyone else) Clean bedding, comfy bed, excellent shower and fully stocked with toiletries.
