The staff were so kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses in the hotel room an pd hadn’t realised, but they messaged me to let me know and I was able to retrieve them again. The hotel has a lovely old style room. The breakfast area and garden is so tranquil. The location is perfect, so close to the main square of Valladolid.

Staff made us feel like we were family. Booked great value day trips on zero notice to see cenotes/ruins/chocolate museum&ecopark. Pool and bar relaxation area are fabulous, as is the location and being right next to all the restaurants @ St Lucía. We also loved the breakfast and spacious rooms.

Offering free WiFi, this Mérida Hotel La Piazzetta is located on Mejorada square and 230 metres from Museo De la Canción Yucateca and just a few blocks from the Cathedral, market and Paseo Montejo. Everything! This was the best little hotel we stayed in in Mexico! Its beautifully decorated, rooms are so basic, but rustic and charming! Great shower! Always warm water! So nice smelling towels, so soft and comfortable bed sheets.... very nice and helpfull owner.... really great experience and would recommend to everyone!

Owners (George & Sarah) and staff (Aron) were very helpful. The property is excellent. The breakfasts were innovative and delicious. The location was perfect for walking downtown or throughout the neighbourhood.

Everything was so good. The staff were exceptional! The place was fab - they’d thought of everything, even leaving insect repellent around the place when it was needed!
