The staff was really friendly and it was extremely easy to communicate with them via WhatsApp. We were able to order everything we needed at it was brought to us in no time. The lounge chairs at the beach were included in the price of the room.

There is also a beach bar and relaxing lounge area. The overall experience is well worth it. I think they fit more into the category of a very good inn than a hotel, but that wasn't a problem. The location is one of the strong points, right on the beachfront and very close to downtown Holbox. The beach in front of the hotel is clean, free of rocks and seaweed, so you can enjoy the sea right in front of the hotel. The room is large and comfortable, although a small investment in some amenities could improve the experience inside. We stayed in the apartment, but there are also bungalows. The hotel has two swimming pools: one for adults only, in front of the beach and with a bar, and one at the back of the property, which is for families. We didn't use the adult pool with the bar, only the children's pool. The only downside is that there are few chairs and loungers. And if you stay in a bungalow near the family pool, you'll hear children playing all day. Breakfast is a huge plus; you can choose from a variety of dishes, from Mexican favorites to more traditional options like eggs and fruit. The portions are generous, so if you're traveling with your family, you can mix and match and everyone can have a little bit of everything. Tahamara, the staff member, was very attentive.

Parador Margarita is just steps from a wide range of museums, shopping, nightlife and restaurants. The city's main bus station is just minutes away. The hotel also features transportation services to destinations in the Chiapas. The hotel was so comfortable and clean. It had big comfy beds, beautiful courtyard and very friendly staff. They made up room every day which was so good, and the shower had great pressure and consistent hot water. The location is pretty good, short around 5-10 min stroll into central and was super quiet. There was 24/7 security and reception which is great for early tours and filtered water to refill bottles. They also let us check in very early after a night bus (we arrived at around 8 am) for no extra charge which was awesome.

Jungle Lodge CANCUN AEROPUERTO is a recently renovated homestay in Cancún, where guests can makes the most of its outdoor swimming pool, garden and bar. Boasting a shared kitchen, this property also provides guests with a picnic area. The homestay also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. We had such a wonderful experience here. So conveniently located to amenities, but feels like you are in the middle of nowhere in your own private oasis. The host was so pleasant and generous. They went out of their way to make sure we got to our tours and offered great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. The room was comfortable, clean and perfect for our stay. It’s a short walk to bars, cafes, restaurants and groceries.
