Totally nice hotel with pretty pools and a nice area. They even have some animals like turtles and cats. The pool is also very nice and the highlight is of course the nice Cenote. The staff was really friendly and helpful and the food at the restraunt was good. Safe parking included.

I would highly recommend Palapas del Sol. It is about 10-15 mins walk to the main town, past other hotels and along the beach. The walk is very safe to do, in fact the whole island is very safe. I preferred being a little outside of the main town as the town is quite noisey with music and taxi carts. I found that all of the really nice hotels were out close to Palapas del Sol. The hotel itself is right on the beach and very clean. The staff are extremely helpful and you can WhatsApp them anything you want throughout your stay. You WhatsApp them every morning with your breakfast order and whether you would like it in the restaurant, at the beach bar, at the beach or at your room and they deliver it there. They were also very helpful with organising transfers to and from the island and tours. I had read some reviews that people have difficulty getting beach beds but I didn’t find this at all, they have lots of beds on the beach and also lots at the front of the hotel which is about 20metet walk from the sea. Highly recommended

Offering direct access to Playa Norte Beach, on the beautiful island of Holbox, Holbox by Xaloc features luxurious rooms and bungalows with terraces. We booked for 2 nights. Ended up staying an extra 2 nights. Great service. Must say, we were very impressed with the cleaner, took his time. Making sure it was spotless, 10/10.

Ideally situated in the center of San Cristobal de las Casas, this hotel is less than 3 blocks from the city's main square and offers a variety of convenient amenities for the modern traveler. The staff was polite and helpful. My room (with garden view) was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy with enough sheets as it gets cool at night in SCDLC. Even at regular price, this place offers bang for your buck.

Boasting a garden and a terrace, Hotel Casa Azabache is set in San Cristóbal de Las Casas, 850 metres from San Cristobal Cathedral and 1.2 km from Central Plaza & Park. This was by far the most beautiful and warmest and most personal accommodation on our México trip! Our room was super comfortably furnished. Everything went very smoothly and we were even able to move into our room directly, although we were much too early at the hotel. We felt very safe due to the very nice staff which responds 24/7 to the guests.. they even made us extra coffee early in the morning. The hotel added a lot to our stay in San Cristobal. We will definitely come back to this warm great diverse city :) Thank you for everything!
