Very nice welcome from the manager who waited for us until 10:15 pm as our flight from KL was delayed. She also Even give us a ride from the mansion to the busy part of George Town to have late dinner ! Thanks again for that 😀 Walking its less than 10 minutes to Love Lane the busy night part. The property is just a 10-minute walk from Cheong Fatt Tze Mansion, Penang Museum and the large Chinese clan house of Khoo Kongsi. Penang International Airport is a convenient 30-minute drive away. The apartment was huge, very comfortable and in keeping with the historical stye of the property (decorated with beautiful antique furniture). Fantastic location right next to Little India and lots of other districts within walking distance. Pool was perfect for a dip to cool down and the complimentary afternoon tea is a very nice touch. Excellent value for money and would certainly stay again.

The location is perfect, just steps from Chulia Street, Blue Mansion, and Armenian Street, making it so easy to explore Penang’s vibrant street art and food scene, yet it’s surprisingly peaceful. The staff who took care of us were incredibly warm and helpful, sharing great local tips. Highly recommend for a memorable Penang stay!

From start to finish, everything was perfect, from the staff on the door, the very capable personnel at reception, the individual floor floors-and-room staff, those at the beautifully maintained pool too, the spacious and tastefully furnished rooms, the bright and airy breakfast room with its attentive service personnel, nothing beyond their capabilities, a welcoming receptionist and chef, both ready and capable of meeting and adapting to every request, all this through to help on the ground floor with directions, weather forecasts, and planning suggestions.
