Very hot water, which was critical during some cold nights. Lastly, the staff members were great, especially Jose Luis. He took care of us from before we arrived. Always friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. We went during semana santa, and his coworker called out, and he worked almost 2 days straight and kept a smile on his face. 10/10 service
