El Hospedaje La Quebrada es un hotel pequeño de gestión familiar y se encuentra a 3 minutos a pie de la playa y a solo 200 metros de la zona comercial de Máncora. We spent a week at Hospedaje La Quebrada. We had a wonderful and perfect stay and can't understand the sometimes bad reviews/comments. Breakfast was made for us every morning on our terrace. It was very simple but it worked for us (in other accommodations you don't get a more sumptuous breakfast). About the dog: In Peru it is common for dogs to be used to protect the property. This is also the case here. It should be clear to everyone that dogs sometimes bark. Thor barked from time to time when there were other dogs outside, but otherwise he spent most of his time lying in the sun and sleeping and didn't bother us at all. About the pool: it's a little oasis in this very dry environment and doesn't just offer people a chance to cool off. The fact that it appears a little cloudy is due to the fact that it is not treated with chlorine. Nevertheless, the pool is cleaned regularly and can be used for swimming. If you lie down on the loungers provided, you can watch the other animals and insects that benefit from this clean pool. There was not much noise from the street or the party, but it was unavoidable due to the nearby main road. But you won't find a quiet place in Máncora anyway. We were delighted with the accommodation and the people who took care of everything. We can only recommend it!

La ubicación en la misma playa Punta Veleros es excepcional, además está muy cerca del pueblo lo que permite disfrutar de los restaurantes y cafeterías. El hotel es pequeño, familiar, tranquilo, tiene ambientes exteriores diferentes que permiten la independencia de cada huésped. El clima en esta época (agosto) ha sido ideal, el mar tranquilo y cálido, la playa muy limpia.

Everything was amazing, absolutely wonderful staff and great, personable owners. Perfect location in Mancora, quiet and peaceful but very short walk down the beach to the little main tourist area. Comfortable and beautiful areas to hang out in on the property. Very delicious food from the restaurant and great breakfast included. Absolutely gorgeous views from the room, so close to the ocean, you hear the waves crashing all night and can watch the swell from bed. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you for a great welcome to Peru! And must add, cause I always look for this in a review, I felt very safe as a solo female traveler :) Many thanks, friends!

The place Mancora Beach is a beautiful hotel , very close to the town lovely food in the restaurant , the staff are extremely polite and nice will do everything to accommodate you . If you get there early they will let you store your luggage and as soon as the room is available they let you know . The manager Andrea and his wife Paula were very helpful , friendly and made sure we had the best time . I definitely will be coming back to Mancora beach hotel again . I strongly recommend it if you visit Mancora .
