Chalet Vitorino is beautiful, a romantic and relaxing place to stay in the heart of Sintra national park. The staff are lovely, the rooms are tastefully decorated and the breakfast was great. The garden is beautiful and gets a lot of sunlight, and the pool is very well maintained.

From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptional. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to our room, which added an extra touch of luxury to our stay. It was my girlfriend's birthday, and the hotel staff surprised her with a beautiful birthday cake. This thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more special. The hotel's location is also fantastic, offering easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

Lovely hotel from an aesthetic outlook. Great facilities. Friendly staff. We appreciated the room upgrade and the bottle of wine and fruit left as a greeting.

The wood cabine was a gem . In the middle of the nature , the host was waiting for us to show and even left some food in the fridge and a bottle of wine . We could have used the outdoor jacuzzi but the weather was a bit cold . We spent a lovely evening sipping our wine with the sound of nothing else than the nature . The next morning , waking up in the middle of nowhere.

We loved the well-equipped studio with all amenities like a kitchen, big fridge, living room area, two tv screens, and so on. Very roomy! The complimentary drinks were a nice touch too and the lovely turn-down service. The staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to support you. We also had very relaxing massages. For my boyfriend’s birthday they were so kind to bring a piece of chocolate cake to our room, very sweet! The location is perfect and you can reach lots of bars, restaurants and sights without any issues.

The hotel and staff are exceptional, we absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was perfect, and we even received a free room upgrade which was so very lovely indeed. We visited Lisbon for my partner's birthday, and the staff made this birthday treat so special. We even received a free bottle of champagne which was really lovely. The hotel itself is beautiful and located in a central area of the city. The food was excellent, as were the drinks. The staff were brilliant, we were so happy staying here, and will definitely be back.

Lovely little hotel, fabulous breakfast. The owner Rui is passionate about his hotel. Location is perfect for exploring Sintra. The veranda is wonderful to relax on after a long day exploring with a bottle of wine. We had ‘a room with a view’ too. Too marks.

The staff knew it was our honeymoon and decorated the bed with rise petals sweets and even left us a bottle of wine!! So lovely. We were so touched! Beautiful staff. Loved the view from our little roof top terrace. The bed was super comfortable

The staff of the hotel noticed that my birthday was on the Saturday of our stay and left a ice bucket with a bottle of wine and a slice of chocolate cake with a candle. This was never done before for me and I was delighted with there gift. Thank you to the staff. Everything about the hotel was Everything you wanted for a lovely relaxing trip. The location to the marina was only a couple of minutes walk and around a 10 minute walk to the town. I would highly recommend this hotel .

Beautiful modern hotel. The room was very comfortable, spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. On my boyfriends birthday and they had dessert and a bottle of wine waiting for us in our room, so lovely. The staff were very nice.
