The room was very clean, well equipped (kettle, pots, pans, coffee machine, towels, cleaning supplies, shoe warmer etc.), and comfortable. Location is also fantastic, close to both Sälen and Kläppen, as well as many cross-country tracks. Breakfast was very good, and the host very accommodating. My friend and I were there for a concert at nearby Dalhalla and I can't wait for an excuse to go back to this hotel and see more of the area.

Our room was lovely. It was spacious, we loved the view and appreciated the space to sit on comfortable chairs. The hotel and surrounds were quiet. We also appreciated the breakfast in the morning. It is so good to have breakfast provided. There was a good selection of foods and the dining room was welcoming. We appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities and the small fridge. The host recommended a local restaurant. We were so pleased we followed his advice because we had an outstanding meal made with fresh ingredients and were entertained by fantastic live music!

Lovely old hotel which although out of season was fully operational with great management and menu options Quite difficult to find fully open hotels in Northern Sweden in May so this was brilliant
