Prachtig resort dat een bezienswaardigheid op zich is met een chedi naast het hotel. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en doet alles om het je naar de zin te maken. Wij hadden een luchthaven shuttle geboekt en werden er opgewacht door een hele lieve chauffeur die in dienst is van het hotel. Aangezien wij een vroege vlucht naar Bangkok hadden kregen wij bij vertrek een tas met een heerlijk ontbijt mee. Kortom een groot compliment voor het personeel. De kamers met balkon zijn schitterend en het gratis gebruik van de fietsen is een goede service. Deze heb je echt nodig om alles in Sukhothai te kunnen bekijken. Als je van een serene rust houdt kan ik Sriwilai Sukhothai zeker aanbevelen.

Best location ever! So close to old town Sukhothai, the staff were the sweetest people and the rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable.

My family absolutely loved this place. We were so touched to learn that the cabins, furniture, and even the pottery were all handmade by Uncle (the husband) himself. Both Uncle and Aunty were incredibly kind and warm. They booked a tuk-tuk for us, and Aunty gave us a map each day with tips on where to find good food, the nearest 7/11, and the best spots to catch the sunrise and sunset. Breakfast was served daily and featured local food and fruits freshly harvested from their organic garden— sooo good! I even had the best tea of my life at this property. There’s wildlife around, so don’t panic if you hear noises on your roof at night—it’s all part of the experience. The cabins were very clean, cozy, and full of character. If we could stay here forever, we would. Uncle was especially kind to my son—he took him around the property to find frogs and even catch fish in the pond. (Edit to add) The Wi-Fi in the first two rooms closest to their main house is excellent. Three of us worked online for over 8 hours a day, and the connection was solid the entire time.
