Grand View Hotel is a 12-minute drive from Baiguoshan Scenic Area, a 20-minute drive from Tianwei Highway Garden and a 28-minute drive from Baguashan Dafuo Scenic Area. Breakfast was pretty good. Lovely big rooms with comfy beds and big bathroom. A pretty nice view as well with a spacious enough balcony that came in handy for us to hang some clothes. It's close to the more recent night market (Longdeng) but still a short taxi ride to the station or back to the 1st market in Yuanlin. Location is good. There's a small park around the corner as well.

The check in was discreet as we were greeted by a sweet looking staff who came to our car to process the registration and payment, we didnt have to get out of the car and were able to drive all the way to our unit which has a garage. THe room is very spacious much to our surprise, and the bathtub was huge and room filled with mood light .... LoL. Whole place looks cosy and comfortable. there is also a water dispenser with cold / hot water, chill! SIgns showing room is thoroughly sanitized helps calm us ... assuming it is a love motel (again, LoL). Breakfast was very local and pretty good. Great experience and we will stay again if visit the location.

Rooms are clean and large. We would go back. Want to make a special mention to Edmund at reception who was excellent! He could not do enough for us 🙏
