The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The location was close to the center of Manchester Center, but at about a quarter of a mile away from the highest traffic volume. It is in a very scenic area. We bought breakfast at the restaurant inside the hotel and the food was excellent.

The Shire Woodstock is located in Woodstock, Vermont. Free WiFi access is available. The scenic Ottauquechee River flows behind the property. Each guest room has traditional New England furnishings. We had the top floor corner King room.It was worth every cent. An OMG moment when you open the bedroom door. Fabulous view and perfect verandah to sit and enjoy it. Great location, easy level short walk into town. This place was just perfect.
