Amazing from the beginning to the end. We did the 3 day/2 night cruise. We were my parents and me and my brother. The cruise is extreamly luxurious, the room was even better in person than in the photos. The bed was super comfy. the room very spacious, the bath overlooking the sea was incredible. What surprised me the most was the quality and quantity of the meals, the food was delicious and the portions were super big, considering that I eat a lot and ended up always satisfied. Also worth to highlight the attitude of the crew, they made our trip even more special with their attention to each small detail. We did all the activities (taichi, kayaking, cooking class, Cat Ba biking and Caves), and would recommend to everyone to do them.

Excursions were fantastic, staff helped immediately if required. Only criticism would be that there was too much food!! We had to request less! Win was a superb host with great energy! While the activities tend to be the same across the cruises, having Win around make the trip more fun! I also need to mention the food, with several courses of fresh local dishes. Yum!

Het Paradise Suites Hotel ligt op korte afstand van de jachthaven van Tuan Chau, de ingang van de Ha Longbaai, en biedt accommodatie met moderne voorzieningen op het schilderachtige eiland Tuan Chau. Was very positively surprised by the overall quality of this hotel. Super roomy and luxorious for something like 38eur for two. Probably reduced a bit due to the shoulder-season, but this was definitely the best hotel of our 2.5w in vietnam.

We did this same cruise ten years ago, and it's still just as great if not better! The rooms are really beautiful and surprisingly spacious. Everyone was raving about how great the showers are! It's definitely worth getting a room with a balcony. Lunch was excellent. The views from the sun deck are absolutely magical at sunset.

The boat was maintain in extremely good condition, the rooms we got were beyond expectations and beautiful. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. The food served throughout the cruise was superb and extremely tasty.
