I’m vegan, and the crew went above and beyond to provide me with delicious plant-based meals throughout the trip. Special thanks to Henry and Ha, who made sure every detail - from pickup to navigating the queues at the caves - was seamless and stress-free. The staff were super kind, attentive, and incredibly accommodating. We also appreciated the thoughtful tips on what to do next in Vietnam. A truly memorable experience - highly recommend!

The Trendy Cruise was an amazing boat and exceeded all expectations. The cruise manager Nhung was fantastic and ensured we had an amazing time. She ensured our needs were catered for. Louis served us in the restaurant and he was excellent and so helpful from start to finish. Couldn’t rate this boat any higher, definitely 5*!

Halong Sapphire Cruises offers leisurely cruises and activities along Halong Bay. Nos gusto mucho la atencion de lugar. La comida y tragos espectaculares. El guia del viaje, Luc (power😎) fue muy amable en todo momento y eso nos hizo sentir como en casa. Las instalaciones del crucero estan bien para el precio que cobran. Las actividades estuvieron muy bien tambien. Seguramente volvamos. Gracias!!!

Housed in a traditional wooden boat, Signature Halong Cruise offers luxurious suites with stunning views of Ha Long Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Bai Tu Long Bay. Fue una experiencia increíble, de por si el paisaje de Ha Long es una maravilla, pero haberlo hecho en este crucero lo hizo aún más especial, coordinamos el transporte ida y vuelta desde Hanói, nos pasaron a buscar en los horarios pactados. Nos tocó una habitación en la cabeza del crucero, era enorme, y tenía un balcón espectacular. El personal del barco fue muy amable, nuestro coordinador era Andy, fue muy amable y claro en sus explicaciones. Nos dio una clase de cocina y un de taxi chi. Anduvimos en kayak, y visitamos la cueva. La comida fue de primera en toda la estadía.

El Paradise Luxury Cruise está inspirado en el barco tradicional vietnamita y ofrece zona de comedor y una terraza amplia con tumbonas y vistas a la bahía de Halong. We loved the boat design,, the food and the whole experience. The stuff was very friendly. It was nice taking the taichi and spring rolls class. Also the dinner with Ao Dai dresses was a cool idea. Of course keep in mind that all the places in Halong Bay will be very crowned but this is not related to the boat. Highly recommended.

The boat was maintain in extremely good condition, the rooms we got were beyond expectations and beautiful. The staff was incredibly courteous and friendly. The food served throughout the cruise was superb and extremely tasty.
