Excellent establishment, we enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was very cozy and clean. The environment was peaceful and calming. We enjoyed the spring bath too! The hotel offers a shuttle car to pick up and drop you off at the nearest station which is very convenient. We were welcomed by very kind staff who made our stay extra nice. Thank you! Staying here was more than perfect. The room was so nice and the baths were amazing. I could even book a private Onsen. The staff was so nice, helpful and accommodating, they helped me with everything. Since I am vegetarian they even went all the way to make me vegetarian meals which were so so good! I would definitely stay here again, I enjoyed it very much.

Definitely our best stay during our trip to Japan. Everything about this place is just exceptional. The room, the food, the onsen, the service, everything was amazing. We had a really memorable stay and felt very sad when we had to leave :( Our favorite part was when the staff explained all the food in front of us during breakfast and dinner, like storytelling. If you're looking for an ultimate ryokan experience, then this is it. We will be back for sure.

Absolutely amazing food! The whole experience was fantastic and I can’t recommend it enough. The onsen was lovely especially the outdoor one. There isn’t a lot of English spoken but that didn’t matter. The staff were so kind and really made our stay perfect.

This was the most elegant and restful stay of my life. Food is incredible - deserves a bib gourmand! Rooms are large and comfortable with a view. Onsen is lovely. The best is the free alcohol and hot drink service in the evenings around the fireplace. Definitely stay here if you can! It’s once in a lifetime type stuff
