I booked and paid for 3 rooms. They were clean, comfortable - no nonsense rooms, good value for money and the superb location just opposite the SBahn gave great access to the Trade Fair which was just 4 stations away. The city centre could be reached easily too. Kaufland was 5 minutes walk around the corner so supermarket purchases were simple. Safe private underground parking at €15 per day was also a bonus.

It was terribly bad, dirty , cold and expensive for that nonsense facility.

Practical and spacious no nonsense location; no luxuries but also good price!

If you want a no-nonsense stay with little to no contact, Calma is great. Location is excellent, and the app makes it really easy to deal with the logistics of keys and check in/out.

Great location, quirky little apartment, incredibly welcoming host. The bed is futon-style and more on the hard side (perfect, if you aske me), the windows all face a calm, green backyard - it's an oasis of quiet in the middle of the city. The apartement was sparklingly clean.

close to subway. no nonsense. cost efficient.
