We wanted to visit the so-called Demon Slayer castle hotel. It’s out of the way so we rented a car rather than take transit. The drive itself was four hours from Tokyo. From the parking lot staff, to front desk, housekeeping and everyone there… the staff were all amazingly kind and patient. Not everyone speaks English, but there are a few. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very ryokan style (tatami) and the onsen was super clean. We had Kaiseki dinner and it was quite the experience. Food was delicious at dinner and the buffet lunch was traditionally Japanese. The stand out for us was the AIZU yogurt and AIZU maple syrup made from local chestnut trees. If anyone at Ookawaso reads this, please accept our thank you. You were all wonderful and we hope to visit from Canada again someday. Thank you for your patience with my eight year old son and our horrible Japanese.

Since this ryokan is in an isolated location, it is mostly suited for travellers who are well-versed in Japanese language and culture.

El Marumine se encuentra en Ashinomaki Onsen y ofrece habitaciones con aire acondicionado y baño termal privado al aire libre. Todas las instalaciones del hotel son fantásticas.

Onahama Ocean Hotel & Golf Club está en Iwaki, a 7,1 km de Aquamarine Fukushima, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y restaurante. Views are very beautiful and the balcony was also very nice. The room is spacious and has all the usual needs. Free parking which is great, Onsen although we didn't use it and wasn't tattoo friendly. Laundry room was also useful

So friendly and helpful 😊 probably one of the nicest people we met in 🇯🇵 the Inn is located at scenic street and has a real mountain/(winter)sports vibe. Located near the famous Ebishu circuit. There is a iconic pub just diagonal across the street and the owner makes the best Gyoza and yakitori 🥟 the rooms are spacious and clean.

Kutsurogijuku Chiyotaki está en Aizuwakamatsu, a 3,7 km de Monte limori, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y restaurante. Breakfast is excellent. So many type and variety of food. nice display and service. Onsen on 10 floor is nice and less crowded ( specially in the morning) than other hotels.

Kutsurogijyuku Shintaki está en Aizuwakamatsu, a 3,8 km de Monte limori, y dispone de alojamiento con salón de uso común, parking privado gratis y restaurante. Spacious space. The private onsen is very nice.
