The staff were very friendly and check in was very efficient. The room was comfortable although the bathroom was a little small (room 2). We also had another room which was a lot larger. The beer in the bar downstairs was great too. Would definitely recommend especially for the price.

Warm welcome, all staff are friendly. Easy parking.. Rooms are spacious, both our rooms were recently decorated. Location is very handy for Bletchley Park, where we were visiting. The food on offer in the evening was tasty and reasonably priced. Lots of screens for sports downstairs in the bar and we made use of the pool table.
Is on a busy junction but the double glazing does drown out most of the noise.
There's a convenience store very close by for those like me who always forget items of toiletries!!

Woburn is beautiful, the safari is amazing! The walking trails are beautiful! Green king takes advantage of this!! Road noise was horrendous 😱from around 4.30 am! The place was great but if I was to return if I couldn’t have a rear room I wouldn’t go!!

We stayed over to break the journey up from Newcastle to Kent. We went to Woburn safari park, it was amazing, drive around the safari as many times as you want up until an hour before the park closes, takes on average 1hr to 1:45 to do a circuit. Then there’s the walk safari which was ok. Nice leisurely walk. Would definitely visit here in the future.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the lovely town of Woburn. The room was spacious, clean and well-equipped for the money. The manager was delightful and helpful, and so were all the staff. I stayed for one night to meet some friends and enjoyed a great breakfast in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a baby. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a cosy and friendly place to stay in Woburn.

They are not family friendly at all please don't sell this hotel as family friendly and also they are not speacial needs friendly at all they couldn't accommodate my autistic son which we then had to leave with family at home!
Breakfast is very small and very poorly cooked, they served the adults and the children had to wait 20mins after the adults for their food which the adults food was finished also there was not a lot of choice for children at breakfast leading me to think they would not like children to stay there.
Fire alarm went off at 6.20am with no staff checking on guest and not even a sorry (later found out it was staff error in the kitchen of not opening an extractor fan) we had frightened children in our room! Then when getting back to to sleep the cook started to play music full blast under our room at 7 20am which you could hear crystal clear in our room again with no sorry from staff.
No water for showers in my room lead us to have to use another room across a busy bar to get a shower and then return to our room to get ready which was laughable.

The safe in the room was locked by a previous guest and we were unable to open it. We reported it and the receptionists were very unhelpful and told us some safes in hotel not working and waiting for a locksmith. This meant we had to carry passports and jewellery with us constantly. Room was above the bar and was so noisy we could actually hear the conversations below!! The floor in the room was very uneven and on a slope. We would not consider this hotel to be a 4* rated hotel.
Havisham House in Woburn is a haven of exceptionally stylish comfort and we found the owner, Adam, to be a most kind and considerate host.
All of the facilities are of a high standard, and we especially appreciated the spotless cleanliness, extremely comfortable beds, and the many thoughtful touches provided. We stayed in ‘Dickens’, a lovely spacious room overlooking Adam’s beautiful leafy garden.
We have no hesitation in recommending a stay at this delightful Guest House to others.
A beautiful olde Inn style hotel. Made to feel very welcome upon arrival. Given my room which was booked as a single. I was given room 4. It was ideal as a short stay. Excellent read on the history of the Inn. Quite fascinating going back through the ages to before 1066. Overall very impressed with the hotel and would certainly use this inn again. Breakfast was £9.99 on top.
Very pleasant hotel at a nice location in Woburn. The staff/owner were great! First, they accommodated and early check-in. They were very helpful throughout our short stay. But they real key was when they gave us a lift to the station when we couldn't get the taxi company on the phone. That was really going above and beyond!
Tasty breakfast as well!
We had a wonderful stay at Havisham House with its beautiful rooms and garden. Adam is a kind and generous host and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We were particularly appreciative of his recommendations for restaurants and bars, and as a result we dined well in Woburn and look forward to returning.
I really like to stay in character hotels that have some individuality and The Woburn ticked that box very well. The overall feel was clean, comfortable and welcoming. Access from the car park was easy and there was plenty of parking space.
The breakfast selection was fine and the dining area very comfortable.
A lovely cosy house in an excellent location in Woburn. The facilities were very good and our host Adam was great. The breakfast served by Adam in the kitchen was good and we chose from a selection of cereals, toast and croissants. We would definitely book again if in the area.
Havisham House is really well located in Woburn, close to a number of lovely restaurants.
The accommodation is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated throughout. Comfortable beds and very quiet, for a good night's sleep. Adam looked after us very well during our stay.
Hotel is in a pub in the centre of Woburn village. It is a traditional hotel with relatively small rooms, but they are comfortable and well presented. On the night I stayed the bar / restaurant was shut, but next door was open. Very pretty building, helpful staff
Central Woburn location, parking down a narrow entrance way. Rooms are outside the main pub building, quite basic but comfortable. Owner/manager very friendly. Breakfast was ok, seemed to be a language problem with the waitress/cook. But ok for the money
The hotel was in an excellent location to visit a number of interesting places. Leighton Buzzard railway. Magnificent Wrest Park and Ascott.
Would love to go back to The Woburn. A very friendly atmosphere. Very polite staff.
What a wonderful find! Beautiful boutique B&B in the heart of woburn. Tge most comfortable bed and decor is gorgeous! Adam was an amazing host. Can't recommend this enough!
This is a comfortable hotel and I liked the decor introduced by the new management.
The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, without losing their professionalism.
Lovely and clean, warm and very comfortable. Excellent food (dinner & breakfast). Staff efficient and friendly. Great location in the middle of a beautiful village.
