Also, had a kitchenette in the rooms which was quite handy. Electric blanket in the bed was nice given that it was quite chilly. The owners were really pleasant and helpful. It must not be compared with city motels, this is a place for people who like(d) camping. We used to be campers, so for us it was fine. There are chairs to sit outside and there is a playground for children. Very quiet! There is a complete kitchen for home-cooking, if desired. Draught had to be fought with a door 'snake'. Everything was clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable with good quality linens, and though the kitchen, bathroom and living room are shared we didn't find that a problem as there is plenty of space and an extra shower/ loo in the laundry. Breakfast provisions were generous and the pantry had all the little extras you might need.
