All staff was super friendly and eager to help, first thing that they arranged for me was the pickup for the safari the next morning, made the safari reservation, but not directly through hotel. 2nd night had a great/delicious dinner.

Beautiful, clean budget hotel. Owners and staff super nice and kind. One took me to the train station to catch the Mewar Express to Udaipur, helping me with my luggage, taking me to the right platform and helping me on the train, none of which I could have done by myself.

All was perfect. Best value for the price that I saw on India. Clean rooms super big, like mini studio with fridge TV very good shower and nice balcony. Very good room service, excellent food, very friendly and helpful staff. Quiet place, nice location with many shops around, ATM and food court.the swimming pool is big enough, clean, perfect after a safari. I recommend 100% and I will be back.

If you looked up the word hospitality in a dictionary, then you would see the face of the manager, Mr Sanjay! From the moment we booked, Sanjay organised transport from the train station for a very fair locals price. whenever there was something we needed Mr Sanjay got it fixed. Safari didn't want to pick us up from the hotel and Sanjay got on the phone to them and organised pickup from the hotel. The hotel is very clean, comfortable bed, great pillows, good food for fair prices. staff are good. If you are planning a tiger safari I would ask the hotel to organise it as I would trust them a lot more than the booking safaris. (unfortunately we had our safari booked already through an outside company, and it was a farce) We wish you the best of luck for the future Mr Sanjay, thank you for your excellent hospitality! sláinte
