Self Catering Accommodation in Uijeongbu

Good internet Clean room .... Not far from city center I stayed in this hostel for five nights. Security systems are good. During my 5 day stay, I didn't see anyone from the hostel.

Mr Hans was super helpful, I got lost late night because the taxi driver dropped me off at another alley and I could not see well at night. I sent him a message here and he went out of his way to find me and help with my luggage. I will always recommend this share house. It is walking distance to the train station and main road (if you will take a taxi instead). It is also near the Sejong Food alley for local Korean beef then Paris Baguette for sandwiches and if you find yourself having trouble with local shops, you can go to Chicken in the Chicken where the owner speaks good Englsh. The room is just ok for a single traveler and it has a private bathroom which was great. Amenities were good, they have a ref, washing machine, free water and coffee.

Hanok Got is connected to WWOOF Korea.. the global organic farms movement. Keen on health, organic food. General healing vibe. It is a beaitiful traditional Korean building equipped with modern comfort amd cleanliness. Small garden is uniquely beautiful. The area is very safe, all around is full of nice restaurants, pubs, shopping, and cultural sites (royal palace)

Folks, You Absolutely Have to Stay Here! Wow—this is an experience you simply cannot miss in Seoul. The location is unbeatable, with easy walks to Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, and all the charming cafés and boutiques along Gyedong-gil. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with an impeccable welcome from the husband-and-wife team, Jeesue and Helena. Their hospitality was beyond anything we’ve experienced. They made restaurant recommendations, secured us a fantastic Korean barbecue reservation, and sprinkled in thoughtful touches everywhere—little treats, noodles for the kids if they got peckish, and so much genuine care. Now, the hanok itself—this place is next level. We’ve travelled the world, and this property tops the list. It’s a flawless blend of traditional architecture with modern, luxurious designer interiors. Every bedroom has a spacious, high-end bathroom. The toilets are incredible, each room has its own air conditioning, and there’s even a steam wardrobe! The laundry facilities include premium washer and dryer units, and every amenity provided is top quality. One of the most unforgettable moments was unwinding in the courtyard patio, gazing up at the pine tree and soaking in the serene atmosphere. It’s a rare, peaceful oasis in the heart of Seoul—luxurious, tranquil, and impeccably designed. But above everything else, what made our stay exceptional was the heartfelt welcome from Jeesue and Helena. Their warmth made it feel like we were coming home. We can’t thank them enough for making our final two nights of a three-week holiday in Korea truly unforgettable. Highly, highly recommended for anyone wanting an authentic hanok stay without sacrificing comfort, elegance, or outstanding service in the heart of Seoul. ♥️

I loved staying here! The place is in a new building, super clean and really pretty inside. Location is perfect—just a short walk to Hyehwa Station, so it was super easy to get to Myeongdong, Changgyeonggung, and Bukchon Hanok Village. The apartment had everything I needed, which made my stay really convenient. Plus, there are so many theaters, cafes, and great restaurants nearby, so there was always something fun to do. Definitely recommend!

The house was beautifully furnished. It had everything we need. The hosts were so kind to provide us laundry services as there was no washing machine yet. Right in front of the train station! So convenient.
