Hans & Gridje were simply the best hosts we have ever had the privilege to meet. On arrival after a long day in the saddle (motorbike), the welcome we had was so warm and friendly it was like arriving to stay with friends. Their attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was beyond first class. The bed was super comfortable providing a sound nights sleep, which was well needed after our long journey. The breakfast provided the following morning was most definitely the best breakfast we have ever had in iur 35 years of travelling. My only regret was that we were not staying longer. We would definitely come back when we travel this way next time. We can not recommend this establishment highly enough truly a jewellery.

Fabulous place to stay in the heart of beautiful Breda. Jürgen is a gentleman and kindly accommodated our early arrival and slightly later departure. The accommodation has been finished to a high standard with no expense spared on every aspect. Whilst some may find the stay a little expensive I believe you get what you pay for, probably the only place in the city with a jacuzzi and a sauna. As a treat or an occasional whilst in Breda ...probably the best place you could wish to stay. Thanks Jürgen for a wonderful stay we will definitely stay again.

I stayed in this apartment for 6 days and I recommend it. The apartment was located in a quiet area with supermarkets nearby (there were also pharmacies, a gas station, etc.). The apartment was very clean and the kitchen had everything you needed. One thing I really liked was the back garden, perfect for sitting down to breakfast in the morning or having a cup of tea in the afternoon. Communication with Lucia was good and fluid; she is very kind.

Gong Yu's room near the pedestrian street is very convenient to stay in. The landlord is a very friendly landlord, and the reply is very quick. Everything you want is in the room. The washing machine is too convenient to wash clothes, and the bed is very comfortable, which makes people feel that they don't want to get up.     Everything was great, the owner was friendly and welcoming, the room was cozy and clean, the bathroom was clean, in the kitchen you have everything you need to prepare your meals (air fryer, oven, stove, toaster, coffee machine, enough dishes, dishwasher..). The outside space was comfortable and cozy, overall a great experience.

    Terrific apartment for two people - spacious and comfortable with a good range of facilities for self-catering. Especially helpful is the large supermarket next door to the apartment for supplies etc. Staff were very helpful in looking after our luggage until we were ready to leave in the evening. One of the reasons we booked the apartment for a couple of days was the invitation to use the two bicycles that were available - free of charge -to explore the local area.

    We stayed there for a week and it felt like staying at home. Everything was clean and worked. Very friendly owners. Our daughters came over for a couple of days and they could easily sleep in a room. Spacious kitchen and living room. Great surroundings to walk. Breda at only 10-minute driving
