Our stay at the Royal Apartments from December 22nd, 2024 to January 4th, 2025 was truly magical. The property boasts a small but dedicated team that ensured all our needs were met with precision and care. From maintaining the pristine condition of the villas to crafting bespoke meals, every detail was meticulously handled. The beautiful towel art and personalized recommendations for island excursions added delightful touches to our experience. Moreover, the stables and lovely horses provided unforgettable beach rides during stunning sunsets, making our stay even more enchanting. A special mention goes to Sophie at the front desk, Zach the manager, Mr. Saidi in F&B, and Chef Ochu, the head chef, for their warm smiles and impeccable hospitality. We highly recommend this experience and would rate it a perfect 9/10.

The accommodation and Ramona are wonderful. Nothing is missing here and the place is super beautiful! There is a fully equipped kitchen, great rooms, a barbecue area and super lovely dogs to look after. Ramona is always on hand with help and advice. We extended from one night to six nights because we liked it so much. Great! Absolutely 10/10 :)

The location is beautiful, very quiet, with a very relaxing atmosphere. The little garden is very well taken care of, the whole location is very well maintained (pools cleaned daily). The restaurant is very nice and has a cute terrace with a beautiful view. The breakfast is amazing; you have a few choices, but they are very generous and delicious. The food at the restaurant is good and reasonably priced. They sometimes have entertainment and special menus for dinner. The rooms are very spacious, with direct access to the private pool and terrace, which was the highlight of our stay here. The staff is also very friendly and made our stay here even more enjoyable. You can also get massages at the location, there is a designated place with a massage table.

Our stay at Lions Villa in Zanzibar was exceptional! From the get-go, Paola provided very useful information about the villa, its services, and the island, making our trip planning seamless. The villa itself was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and felt just like home. We made use of several services, including a private chef and island excursions, all of which were easily planned and precisely met our expectations. A special mention to our driver, Mohamed, who was fantastic and accommodated all our requests with a smile. My partner and I did not hesitate to book this Relax Villa and we are so happy with our choice. From check in to check out all was more than we could possibly expect. The whole place is super clean and well maintained inside out. The pool right in front of the villa gives a stunning view and the high wall adds good privacy. The most important part for us was the safety and quietness around the estate. We could walk few steps to the beach with many bars and restaurants or just relax by the pool as much as we needed without interference. We definitely plan to return soon. Gorgeous location, hosts were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. They even went to the nearest town to get milk and water for us (due to location shops are a car ride away). Onsite restaurant is wonderful, lovely warm staff who were fab with my little girl. Amazing pools and the villa is exceptional.
