Caring management from the hosts - Kim and Steve go out of their way for their guests including offering free snacks, water, and wine. Plus Kim was super responsive and brought over a few things I needed with a turnaround time of a few minutes! The house is beautifully and comfortably decorated. Loved the beautiful new wood floors and the unique wooden tables. The bed was comfortable. How pleasant it was sitting in the garden with my morning tea and my evening drink. Within a short walk I had access to all of my favorite downtown bars and restaurants. I had a great time and I will be back!

Aircon was malfunctioning upon arrival. Host were a pice and beyond to supply temporary aircon until the unit was fixed. Thank you so much - excellent service!

We had a great stay Location is perfect and the staff are unbelievably friendly. Probably the best service from staff I have ever had. Such a great positive energy in the building from every employee especially Trish.

The Chicken Coop cottage was a beautiful oasis away from home. Beautiful decorations, wonderful sunken tub with jets, big comfy bed. The breakfast was incredible!
