Tea farm is huge and fresh, the staff are very helpful and their service is amazing with fresh tea all the time we need and tea information is good. The food is good as well. Near Đại Từ area for the Waterfall and the stream if you wanna a quick roadtrip.

Everything. It’s new, clean, well furnished with plenty of staff and high quality facilities. We loved our room, large comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, a small lounge area with table and double chaise lounge. Plenty of ambient lights, loads of storage and space to unpack all your belongings. Robes, slippers and the usual complimentary toiletries and tea making equipment, including a Chinese tea set. We had a small kitchenette which gave us a lot more space. All to a very good and comfortable standard. Could not fault the room. Staff spoke very good English and were extremely polite and helpful. We used the laundry room for a small fee so this was handy, the pool and gym were clean and well maintained.

I lived in Vinh Yen for over a year. And I only went to the Norah hotel for dinner or for a coffee. I know the owner and all the staff are always welcoming and friendly. I thought I must stay there for a few days.
