I really enjoyed my stay at Sava’s House. Just like many other guests have mentioned, the location is excellent—very close to the Old Town but still quiet and relaxing. The apartment I stayed in had two spacious rooms, which was perfect for a comfortable and restful stay. Both rooms were very clean and nicely decorated. What I especially loved were the two balconies—each one offered a lovely view and a peaceful spot to sit and enjoy the fresh air. It was the perfect way to start and end the day. And of course, the traditional breakfast was a highlight. Everything was homemade and full of local flavors. You can feel the love and care the hosts put into preparing it. They were also very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Sava’s House truly deserves all the great reviews. I would absolutely stay here again!

Really nice place to stay if you are looking for calm and rest. The hosts are friendly and doing all their best to answer our requests. Rooms are clean and confortable, kitchen well equipped even if we didn’t use it that much. A must do in Berat region. We experienced warm and welcoming communication, the owner was very helpful. The place is newly reconstructed and well equipped. Everything was very clean, our room even smelled nicely :) Breakfast was great as well - fresh bred, homemade jam.

It's a lovely big apartment, with a shaded garden to sit in, secure parking at the front. Washing machine with powder for use. We were travelling on bicycles and my husband had been ill and was not fit to cycle, so they came and picked us up in their car so we wouldn't lose a day in Berat. Loved the little 'petullas' fried batter balls with honey & sliced apple that the lady upstairs made fir us one afternoon. The apartment is out of the tourist area, up a cobbled lane but we walked into the town both days, about 15 mins. Local supermarkets and a lovely bakery nearby.

Very clean and had everything we needed. There were many different kitchen and home appliances, including two different coffee machines. It’s a 10-15 minute walk to the city center, so not that bad, but you can find many good and cheap bakeries within a 5 minute walk. The host was extremely friendly and had no problem with bringing us more of what we needed, for example toilet paper and kitchen paper. I very much recommend this place, 10/10!
