The most important parameter before booking this apartment was the kind comments about the owner (Mr Altin). I have seen that all were true. He is a very kind, nice man with good intentions. The building, kitchen, bathroom, bed, towels, linens, slippers were all very clean. There is complementary water dispenser, coffee, and tea. The kitchen is shared with others but it was very clean everytime I came. There are three adjacent rooms with separate bathrooms, and there is a 4th room upstairs, a penthouse (with high ceiling). If it is not booked I recommend the penthouse (with very little price difference). It is isolated from other three rooms. It is 10 min walk from the city center (Skanderberg square)

Werden erg goed ontvangen door een hele lieve vrouw liet ons de kamer zien die erg mooi ruim was. Airco deed het heel goed hadden er 1 in de woonkamer en 1 in de slaapkamer. Het contact met de eigenaar ging heel goed hij reageerde snel en hielp ons graag! Echt een aanrader dit verblijf!

There is a separate living area with a couch large enough to sleep on (we did), and the decor is very cool, like Old Victorian. Great (and fast) hot water and pressure in the shower, and the bed was comfortable. We asked to keep our luggage in the unit a few extra hours, which they allowed, and they were nice to deal with on WhatsApp. GREAT view out the back of a large magnolia tree.

The complex of 3 apartments: cleanliness everywhere, excellent equipment (even more than we needed), close to Skanderberg square (3 minutes by foot). Quite place in Tirana center. Good contact with the host. Really helpful approach - he offered free parking place for our friends. The possibility of baggages leaving.
