Located within 1.3 km of Heroes' Square and 1.7 km of St. Stephen's Basilica in Budapest, Collect Residence provides accommodation with seating area. Featuring a garden, this 4-star aparthotel has air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. The property is 600 metres from House of Terror, and within 1.8 km of the city centre. We had a very comfortable and memorable stay at the Collect Residence. The staff is very welcoming and even helped us by explaining the popular places, how to get there, where the nearest metro and tram station was, popular places to eat at and explained everything about the apartment. The studio apartment itself was clean, comfortable, warm, and spacious. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. We even used the common laundry service (which is paid by the way). The location is a little out of the main tourist areas of Budapest but its very close to the metro station and bus station from where one can reach the city centre in 10 minutes. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would love to stay here again.

Even the TV has Netflix, Disney+, etc. The persons who take care of the apartment are very careful about all details and it exceeded our expectations.

So much better in reality (in comparison to the photos). Very friendly, professional staff. Breakfast was great. Wide choice of sweet and savoury breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel.

They allowed me to check in in the morning (because there was nobody) so I can sleep just after. The bed are incredible with curtain and all perfect All is perfect, the bed, the shower, the kitchen

The units are equipped with heating facilities. I stayed at a hotel in Budapest and was very pleased with my experience. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. At first, I was a bit confused by the absence of curtains, but when I reached out to the front desk, they replied within five minutes and explained that there were blackout blinds instead. I didn’t find the control button right away, but thanks to the clear instructions from the staff, everything worked perfectly and the room became completely dark for a great night’s sleep. I also needed laundry facilities: a washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron. There is a fully equipped laundry room on floor P2 where you can wash, dry, and iron your clothes. I didn’t find it immediately, but again, the receptionist explained everything very clearly and helped me locate and use the facilities. There is also a cozy café on the ground floor where you can get a good coffee and something sweet for breakfast. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay — comfortable, convenient, and with excellent service. I recommend it!

We had everything we needed: kitchen counter with utensils, fridge, stove, bathroom supplies, TV incl. Netflix etc, access to shared washing machine and dryer. You can tell the owner does this with love!
