The first night, I didn’t understand how to activate the heating, but even though it was late, they guided me through it easily. A few days later, I asked to change towels, and they were very flexible and kept their promise. The apartment itself is spotless, with a stylish entrance and lovely stairs. The kitchen is very well-equipped — from the coffee machine to all the small details we needed to make great breakfasts every morning before exploring the city. I absolutely loved everything about this apartment and will definitely come back!
