El Ruskovets Thermal SPA & Ski Resort es un moderno complejo hotelero situado en Dobrinishte, a solo 6 km de Bansko. It’s the second time I came there. As usual it’s very clean, the room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff as usual was very friendly and helpful. I really like this place, the mineral water pool was very good quality pool. I stayed with my 1 year old baby son, he enjoyed as much as me. The kids play room is full of various different toys, there is plenty to enjoy.

Our host was great, contacting us pre-arrival and helping with recommendations and any questions we had during our stay. The spa access was also a highlight.

All kinds of appliances are available - big refrigerator, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc. The location is close to the park area of the city, 5 min walk to a shop. about 15-20 mins walk to the center area. Internal pool with nice SPA additions (dry and wet sauna and jacuzzi). External pool is children only. Lot of dedicated parking space around.

We had a wonderful stay! The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. The host is incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming — he helped us right away when we had an issue with our arrival date and made everything easy for us. The villa was perfectly suited for 4 people, very comfortable, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail throughout the house and the entire yard/complex. The food was delicious, and everything felt very homey. We were truly sorry we couldn’t stay longer. Highly recommended!
