Upon arrival, we were greeted by the owners, a friendly dog and Oscar the cat, and we were showed around the farm. The accommodation itself is beautifully-furnished and the breakfast was delicious.

The location was excellent. Both times we stayed, we saw seals in the river on a sandbank. There was access to a small beach as well. The kitchen facilities were excellent and there was everything you needed to make a meal. The room was spacious and had a sitting area, table and chairs for eating, a kitchen area and a bedroom area.

The games room, bunnies, chickens, the brook. The kids loved it. A beautiful area, well kept inside and out. The rooms were comfortable and spotless with everything you need. Marblewood Village Resort is located in Steady Brook, 10 minutes' drive from Corner Brook. The property was amazing, quiet, clean, not far from major city but just what we needed to be away from the business and enjoy some time alone
