Owner was friendly and had open communication with us on any queries we had as well as providing an itinerary for the city.

The entire staff member made my experience there so much more lovely and really went beyond the usual routine to ensure maximum comfort and assisted with anything possible but without feeling as if it was pushed to be done. I had packages that were missing and the staff tried to contact the personnel so many times for me, for that I am extremely thankful! I also liked the touch of using WeChat to communicate instead of having to call the front office or different departments all the time. Not to mention the adorable little robot who brings our delivery up to us and saved us from walking downstairs. The staff members, when they found out i was preparing for my wedding also sent their well wishes and gifts for me. I have been left speechless and it makes me want to come back to suzhou so much just to enjoy this all over again. Thank you so so much for everything!!!

They used a robot to deliver food deliveries and had a discount available with Blue frog. The price was great compared to the spacious equipped room.

They fulfilled every commitment and request made, and then some! The views from our room were beautiful and surprised us throughout the day and night! Their staff is their greatest strength, and they have many great features like location, views, amenities, services, etc. The kids had a great time in the pool every evening to cool down after the day out. We had booked a 3-room suite and they upgraded us to a bigger and higher floor option available at check-in on their own. This room had an additional bathroom and even a quaint yet elegant study with a great view too. The furniture was very high grade along with the linen, etc. The servicing was exceptional. Apart from the breakfast, their restaurant is also pretty nice and very competitive in terms of prices, and a very practical option if one decides to just enjoy a relaxed evening and dine-in. Plus you'll find everything from a 7-Eleven, fastfoods, restaurants to Spas out and around the hotel.
