You can call food delivery and they will send your food directly to your doorstep. The loft suite provided the washer cum with dryer, facilities are superb. The cleaner is also very considerate and provided me with a glasses cloth.

Not only because of the property, but also the incredible hospitality. We really enjoyed chatting with Koko and hanging out with all of her adorable pets. We even had dinner with Koko and it was really enjoyable. The property is comfortable and clean. The gardens are very refreshing and with a nice view. If you’re coming to Chengdu, do yourself a favor and book a stay in Koko’s place.

Staff were very responsive and helpful, they even kept my suitcase in storage while we went away exploring other places until we returned to Chengdu. This recently renovated apartment is located less than 1 km from Wuhou Memorial Temple and 2.5 km from Tianfu Square. Every room is fitted with a terrace with views of the garden. Great location - there's lots of fantastic food vendors around and a DiDi (Chinese Uber) to the downtown area will only cost you ~$1.50. The streets are bustling at day but will be almost empty at night - but it always felt safe regardless of the time of day. The hosts were super friendly and accommodating, regularly checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. They were always available whenever we needed help and gave us a ton of great recommendations too! In a way, Arthur's Roof-Top felt like a bit of a HUB for tourists and expats coming to Chengdu. The apartment felt very spacious and clean and came equipped with all the amenities you'd expect. The somewhat rustic outside of the building definitely wasn't reflective of the cozy interior. Don't be surprised if the hosts ask you to pay via Alipay or WeChat - this is common practice in the PRC and in accordance with Booking's ToS. You're definitely gonna need those apps once you get to China! Also, you're gonna have to check-in at the local police station upon arrival. The whole process didn't take long and the hosts already had everything set up for us. The cops at the station seemed very friendly and even apologized for not knowing any English. All in all a great experience - I got nothing to complain about.

Left my stuff behind and XiaoLi at the reception kindly posted it to my next lodgings in a city away. The three bedroom suite is very spacious, modern and homely. Plenty of food options from early morning to late at night just under the doorsteps of the hotel. An hour train or 30-50mins uber (depending on traffic) into the the city centre. Good value for money regardless.
