Nice cabins (just like in the pictures), friendly staff, room service for any meal you want to have in your room. We had the family cabin with two separate rooms and two bathrooms (which we didn’t expect). You can rent jetskis (order upfront as they bring it from somewhere else but it was there for us within 10 minutes). Don’t hesitate to go to Guatapé though to spend time in the village and on the water. It’s so worth it!

The room was super nice and had everything we needed. Facilities were great,beautiful view and the location was just perfect! So many restaurants around, plus a 24/7 pharmacy right nearby. The neighborhood felt quiet and safe. Everything is within walking distance, which made our stay super easy and enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

Firenze Lofts es un alojamiento de 4 estrellas situado en Medellín, a 7,8 km de Parque El Poblado y a 8,4 km de Parque Lleras. The room was clean and spacious, apartment-style, with basic equipment and a welcome bag of coffee. The room matched the photos. The only thing I missed was maybe a kitchen knife :) . The staff is nice and friendly, and right upon arrival they explain the hotel rules, among other things. Even before your stay, they contact you via WhatsApp and offer to arrange transportation to/from the hotel. In my case, I also had the option to accommodate one guest included in the room price, which was exactly what I needed for my girlfriend. Accommodation is paid in full upon arrival at the hotel. The hotel does not have its own restaurant in the building – on one hand that’s a pity, but since breakfast at a nearby modern-looking café is tasty and just a few steps away on the next street, I personally don’t see it as a problem.

El alojamiento dispone de recepción 24 horas, servicio de limpieza en seco y cambio de moneda. johanna is very friendly and she was very helpful in showing us everything in the property. the room and common space was very clean. the balcony is a lovely place to relax and have a good view.
