Independent traveling women with ages ranging from 20 to 50s. It was fun to share stories.

They also know the hidden spots where you can see sloths and other wildlife – away from the crowds and mass tourism. The apartments are spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for us was the stunning pool with its peaceful atmosphere, as well as the private jungle trail on the property. Walking along the path felt magical – with the chance to spot wildlife and a small stream with a charming waterfall waiting at the end. Paradise Lodge is the perfect mix of comfort, nature, and hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and inspired, and we would recommend it without hesitation to anyone visiting this part of Costa Rica.

The accommodation offers a fireplace. Very clean. Great hiking trails for those of us that wanted to go. Jacuzzi bath for those that didn't. Comfortable bed and couch. We had all we needed for cookware to cook for a group of 10. We didn't realize we couldn't use a credit card up there but Gravin came to the rescue and so we were able to get the food we needed at the little store there. Gravin was so accommodating and a great host! We can't wait to come back.

Towels and bed linen are available in the apartment. It felt very private with the sound of the river and the other properties being quite far. It offers some great trails up the river, the house had some great views by itself, and we were even lucky enough to catch a Quetzal on their lookout point. Best value for the zone imo.

Surprisingly quiet and in a nice location. We stayed there three times ..the night we arrived and two other times between flights to different places. The staff were very kind.
