She was very friendly and helpful. We arrived in the morning and left our suitcases at the reception. Not only did they send me a message when the room was ready (before check-in time) and brought them up. Another person at the apartment even called the airline to solve a problem with our flight. The apartment is very well equipt with some thoughtful touches like a washer-dryer and detergent. Very clean, warm, and comfortable. The location is just perfect, right next to Metro and close to the meat packing area with great restaurants and bars. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would like to come back!
