Air conditioning is provided in June, July, August and September. The hotel is very nice. A wonderful place to relax, to do nothing and enjoy the sun.The palm oasis and its pools are extremely good. One pool is separated for children and the adults' pool is quite large, so you can have a more serious swim. Very caring hotel team. Thank you very much for your service. Excellent parking is available for an extra charge, but the price is symbolic. Room: we had a room on the ground floor for 3 adults with the view to pool. We loved it. It was large, clean and comfortable with a small kitchenette. Location: the hotel is approximately 3 km from the lighthouse. Sound far but it is not. We liked the hotel and its pools so much that we never visit the Atlantic beach. We had the car so drove to the lighthouse. There is a very convenient and large car park, so we walked around in the evening. Meal: Breakfast is very good. Lots of different types of eggs. If you are not a big egg lover, there are still a few choices. Mostly the same every morning. Dinner. Amazing. A different choice every night. Fish, meat, vegetables. Really highly recommended.

This property is amazing: we were there for a week surfing with the family and the property is one block from the best surf break. All the surf shops are within a few blocks and there’s tons of restaurants and convenience stores. We rented the 3 bedroom apartment which had a balcony: perfect for relaxing or simply hanging your beach stuff out to dry. The apartment is brand new and has all the bells and whistles: washer/dryer, full kitchen. They give you 2 towels each which is plenty since you can wash them yourself as needed. The price/value simply is amazing. We had a slight hick-up with the code when we first entered the apartment but somebody picked up the phone right away and fixed it remotely. There is nothing bad I can say about this place. We’ll be back.

The property is situated 700 metres from Las Alcaravaneras, 2.9 km from Parque de Santa Catalina and less than 1 km from Parque Romano. The hotel has an outdoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout the property. The place is new so everything was perfect.
