There is absolutely nothing to complain about! It's a converted residence with one ground floor room and 3 more up a winding staircase. It's a perfect combination of private room and hostel-style interaction with other guests. Owner, Pascal, single-handedly does all the work, keeping the place very clean and tidy. He speaks adequate English. At 25€ (single, mid-May, no breakfast), it's an outstanding value, too. I enjoyed it so much I stayed 3 nights. When there was no availability on the 2nd night, Pascal gave me his room.The four rooms share two bathrooms, half and three-quarter. There is a full shared kitchen/lounge, including an oven and cooking equipment, suitable for preparing full meals. Wi-fi is excellent. There is a constant supply of coffee and tea, a generous set of herbs and spices, ice cubes, and garden lemons. The description says towels and linens cost extra. This is true for towels but linens are included. The rear surroundings are lushly green and the residential street is very quiet. There is a small balcony for smoking or sitting and the large front yard has tables and chairs. There is ample, free street parking. Shopping and the beach are a long walk away, but there is good bus service. Guests should be aware that the rooms do not have external locks so they're accessible when not occupied but I had absolutely no sense of theft danger. If you. like me, don't like standard hotels, this place is for you!

Agréable Studio les pieds dans l'eau es un alojamiento frente a la playa que se encuentra en Le Barcarès, a 23 km de Estadio Gilbert Brutus y a 34 km de Reserva Africana de Sigean. This is a very compact but magical place to stay. So very close to a beautiful beach, and to shops, cafes and restaurants. With a balcony kitchen and everything you might need at hand. Also, the small shower room has an excellent luxury shower. Excellent secure parking. I very much enjoyed my short stay.

Very well maintained area, beautiful flowers. Villa had all the things we needed during our holiday. The activities, especially the archery, were great. Peaceful environment, possibility for privacy. It was very suitable for families.

Lo que más me gustó fue la amabilidad de Sandrine y las comodidades del alojamiento. Una anfitriona muy preocupada por nuestro bienestar y muy atenta y amable. El apartamento era como estar en casa, muy acogedor. Repetiría.
