The accommodation was nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. The host Michail was very helpful and attentive. There was no problem with anything, everything was resolved to our maximum satisfaction. He even arranged a taxi for us from the airport. He also brought us a large piece of watermelon from his garden. We had a welcome bag with gifts, and there were also capsules for the coffee machine. The cleaning was very thorough and we felt at home. It is really close to the beach. There are two perfect taverns nearby (Emanuel, Kamara), you don't have to go anywhere else for food. But it is advisable to make a reservation for dinner. Two weeks went by very quickly. We can highly recommend this accommodation. Samos is a beautiful island, I recommend renting a car for a few days. The rental office is right next door. Votsalakia is a quiet village, there was no problem with a large number of tourists.

Athina Studios se encuentra en Ágios Dimítrios, a 5,8 km de Folklore museum of Karlovasi y a 17 km de Moni Vronta, y ofrece alojamiento con wifi gratis, jardín con terraza y vistas al mar. The view on this place was just out of this world. It’s a bit off the beaten track so you need a car for it, but the view is definitely worth it. Our host was just charming and welcoming, offering us homemade jam and local liquors besides a bottle of cold water already in the fridge. We had to move to a different part of the island or we would have definitely staid more.

If you are traveling to the island of Samos in Greece and would like to stay near a very nice beach, I highly recommend Villa Maria in Kampos, on the south/southwest coast of the island. All of the ten rooms have a balcony or a terrace with room for a table and at least two chairs and all of the rooms have a view to the beach. The rooms have a sink, refrigerator, and a stovetop/oven combination unit. There are dishes and cooking utensils available. Although there are many restaurants available in Kampos, there are mini-marts and supermarkets nearby and it is possible for you to prepare meals in your room. Maria and Manolis are excellent hosts. You will be greeted warmly and if you need anything, they will do their best for you. Villa Maria is not located directly on the main road but is separated from it by a well-maintained swimming pool with deck chairs and umbrellas…and the family’s large vegetable garden. Spending time at the beach while you are in Kampos is wonderfully relaxing. To get to the beach from Villa Maria, you walk down the driveway, cross the street, and you are there. When you get to the beach and choose a sunbed under the reed umbrellas, Giannis and the crew at the Island Bar will make you feel welcome and will fill your orders for refreshments promptly. Manolis and Maria also have a rental car company called A.R.M.A. that has new and well-maintained vehicles https://armarentacar.gr/en/home-page/ We hope you will enjoy your time at Villa Maria as much as we have in our two visits there. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

El Zorbas Hotel está en el centro de la localidad de Pythagóreion y ofrece estudios con balcón con vistas al mar Egeo o al jardín. Hay 3 playas diferentes a menos de 500 metros. We just had an awesome stay at Zorbas hotel. The owners were so friendly, nothing was too much. They even checked us in at 3 in the morning because we arrived by ferry after our flight got changed. The room was small, but that didn't matter much as most of the time we were outside. The room was very clean, got cleaned daily. Clean towels every other day. We had a room with a lovely view over Pythagoreio. We had breakfast a few times and that was good and filled us up till lunch. A good variety of food with coffee/ tea and juice. The living room has lots of books and some magazines in a variety of languages. Pythagoreio is a picturesque place to stay for several days or a week. We rented a car for 3 days and saw lots of other places in Samos, Pythagoreio was our favourite. There are several beaches, 2 of them have mainly sand and some pebbles. If we ever go to Samos again we would definitely stay here. I can highly recommend Zorbas hotel.
