The view... WOW! This place is an incredible, private villa with it's own private pool which was nice and cool, perfect for the temperature of the day (it is not heated and therefore may be cold for some people). The outdoor space is generous with plenty of sunlight. The kitchen was perfect for what we needed, and the bed was very comfortable. Hiring an ATV was very easy and the location is fairly in the middle of the island so therefore was easy to get around the whole island! Fira - a short drive over the hill, and Oia - 30min drive.

Location was great. Newly renovated. We loved everything about the property. It was a villa with jacuzzi. Spacious rooms....nice kitchen....main shopping area and restaurants were just a minute walk...grocery shop was nearby.....would love to go back again

Highly recommend this apartment! Amazing apartment for the affordable price. Located in Pyrgos, 15-min drive from the Thira port, with different cafes, restaurants and shops near by. Villa is totally new and offers all the facilities you'll need for short or long term stay. Beautiful bedrooms, comfortable shower room with, kitchen with all needed cutlery and a jacuzzi with sunbeds on the rooftop. Interior is very modern and cozy. Rigas and Sophia were really kind and helpful with any issues. Service 10/10!

Absolutely nothing to dislike at this accommodation, spacious, views, amazing breakfast choice .With a much needed breeze on this side of the island in summer. What would put some people of is the 10min walk, however it's only 5 till the main road where you generally walk the rest faster than the traffic in this popular crowded area. Once finished with the Santarini crowd it's a pleasant walk back to calm and space, not to mention the pool. A little kitchen and Mini mart in the carpark area inside 100m. Perfect

We enjoyed our stay here. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare our own meals. The outdoor jetted tub was a lovely addition. The property’s location made it easy to explore Fira and its attractions.

Daily clean towels or on demand.
Kitchen equipped with basic, necessary dishes.
Marios showed us lovely places which are even not that well know by tourists. He recommended several trips and we have always planned together time plan.

AMAZING! Everything is as in the pictures. The young lady in charge of reception welcomed us warmly and explained how it all works with the room and jacuzzi.
View is incredible, and if you go by bus Finilkia bus stop is just 3 min away from them.
Amazing to see the sunset, have dinner/breakfast outside , there’s dining table with two chairs in the terrace, two sun beds near the jacuzzi. You will be so relaxed
They have salt and oil in the kitchen, which is good so u don’t have buy whole products during a short stay

Lefteris house is located in Karterados, a small village about 15 mins walk to Fira. The location is excellent, with easy access to transport and a good bakery and supermarket nearby. The host Lefteris is very friendly and happy to help with any questions. I would certainly recommend booking this property, we had the best night sleeps and the best days
The property has a washing machine which is very handy when on holiday and the kitchen is equipped with jam/butter and toasted bread

Everything with this property is magnificent.
The views from the small terrace are stunning and one of the reasons why I would choose this place again if I had the chance.
The house is built inside a giant rock what makes its ceilings and walls of different heights, so very unique. Kitchen and all is very well equipped.
Giorgos, the property manager, gave us a warm welcome with a nice bottle of local wine and delicatessens.
He also provided us with very detailed information about places, restaurants and beaches.

If you want a perfect vacation, choose SEASIDE SERENITY HOUSE in Santorini, by the beach!!! You will meet the host, Maria, a lovely lady, she helped us with everything(catamaran trip, restaurants recommendation), she made our stay even better.The house it'a a gem, brand new construction, comfortable bed, Miele appliances in the kitchen, 2 bathrooms, from the house you just step in the sea water. Thank you nice family Manolis! See you next year!
