The hotel offers plenty of outdoor space alongside your bedroom and shared bathrooms. The bedroom was secure and reasonably spacious. The fan was effective however opening the door was the best way to cool the room as you tried to cool down before bed. The bathrooms are ‘no frills’ but effective. The kitchen now serves basic breakfasts from 6.30am for cQ30. There are restaurants and bars in other nearby hotels.

What a fab little hostel in Coban. Lovely and friendly staff (who spoke nice and slow Spanish especially for us!) Helped us organise a shuttle to Antigua and a trip to the very excellent coffee plantation at Chicoj. Our room was comfortable and a good temperature, hot water in the shower and we could use the kitchen to make a coffee in the morning.

The room was large, airy and well appointed. The place was quiet. The staff are fantastic. There is a large kitchen and a dining room too. The Plaza Central is just around the corner and I found it easy to walk the things I wanted to see and to get things I needed. I wish every place where this nice.

The rooms are nice and the beds comfy. The kitchen is really nice and big and the equipment works! All of the staff was really nice! The receptionist, manager, cleaning staff and kitchen staff, everyone. Oh, and the water is HOT, enjoy

Lovely eco Lodge type rooms, always so clean. Food was okay, very pasta and burger heavy, no rice available (difficult if gluten free). They could offer some local food rather than such western food. You are obviously a little stuck with food options here as no kitchen, but the prices were about 35/40q for a meal so fine. Lovely local market near by. Also super easy to do Samuc C on your own without a tour, very well laid out and much cheaper, although if you want to do the caves go with the tour.
