My family and I had a great stay. The host was really friendly, organized and helpful. They planned everything in advance, and gave us a run down of the things to visit, restaurants, etc. The place was nice and clean, with functional facilities and air conditioning.

This is one of the best places I've ever been to. It's a very nice palazzo, very close to the city center, 7 minutes away from the Galleria Uffizi and from the Basilica of the Santa Croce. The apartment was completely new and renovated. It was really, really tastefully and elegantly designed, very comfortable.

Le Cinque Lampade Florence Suites biedt uitzicht op de stad en gratis WiFi. Wat ik het leukste vond behalve het appartement op zich, wat echt de moeite waard is, was de communicatie van Dalida. Dit was wat mij betreft een echte meerwaarde. De ontvangst was super. Italianen die zich excuseren omdat ze denken dat ze niet super Engels spreken maar dat eigenlijk echt perfect doen. De accomodatie alsook de locatie was geweldig. Echt niets op aan te merken. Ik zou hier zeker direct terug boeken.
