Fantastic outdoor seating with lots of places to hang out/sit. Nice kitchen with food basics. A few small restaurants nearby but they did look good. We ate at the beach for lunch at Vittoria’s Beach Bar and it was great but a 52 minute walk. We cooked in for dinner but Ristaurante Crazy Cook looked good. 6 minute walk.

Everything was super clean and very comfortable & quiet. Our host was very kind & helpful and met us to help us check in. She also arranged a taxi to the airport the next morning.

I stayed here for my first night in Italy after a long two days of flying from San Francisco. I chose here because they had a shuttle to pick you up at the airport. Roberto was the driver and the most kindest man that ever lived..He picked me up and helped with all my luggage..He took me to a bank to get some Euros and then took me to the grocery store to pick up some things for that night and the next day..Upon arriving at the apartment, it was spotless clean, had a nice kitchen with everything, and the bedroom was quiet and comfortable and had a balcony to sit and watch the planes come in and out..But-- it is not loud..The airlines must have an agreement to fly without much thrust because it was quiet..And inside the apartment you could hear nothing at all..The next morning Roberto came to pick me up and took me to the airport to catch the train and again helped with all my heavy luggage..He was so kind and so nice..I will stay there everytime I fly in or out of FCO.

The accommodation has a beautiful balcony and exceptionally clean with clear instructions. Excellent location right beside the airport.

An easy check-in process with a helpful and professional Cristiana. All the comforts you need for great stay. Kitchen was clean and stocked with basics (coffee, water, sugar etc.) Lovely clean bathroom and an extremely spacious bedroom. Great wifi and two TVs! Lots of space for bags, washing machine and ironing board. Secured parking was available on the premises which was great as we were driving around the country.

She made our short day, feel very welcomed and comfortable, providing us with a recommendation for restaurant late in the evening and assisting us the next day with getting our bus tickets back to the airport.
