The rooftop (if they have one) is a major bonus for chilling out or catching the sunset. The location is also great — close to everything, but still quiet enough to get a good night’s sleep. Whether you’re traveling solo or with friends, Battuta Hostel has the perfect vibe for making new connections and enjoying your trip to the fullest. Highly recommend — I’ll definitely be coming back!

The view from the windows was amazing and the location very good and quiet compared to other parts of the city which are extremely crowded. It has a parking lot which is very helpful and the lady that handles the apartments was extremely friendly and kind. I totally recommend it.

The pictures didn’t do justice to the quality of the room I was in, and the building as a whole. After 11 months of constant travel, this felt so much like a homely studio apartment that I added extra days just so I could relax and enjoy it. The bed is sublime with high quality pillows, and linen that feels like silk to sleep on. Such a rarity in accommodation. The kitchen was small but well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils/pots. All the appliances are high quality. The washing machine is such a bonus when you’re travelling. Wi-fi was stable and fast. The apartment is on a busy main road, but has a great view over the city. Sit on the balcony and enjoy the sunset. There is a roll down shutter which cuts down light and noise considerably (thought not completely soundproof). Lots of cupboard space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy walking distance to both uptown and downtown. Would highly recommend it.

Big balcony can be used to sit and relax or to put the washed clothes and let them dry. Very secure area all the time with the availability of the security 24/7

The location was great as you could look at the splendid panorama of the houses on the hills opposite Amman. The apartment had an elegant air and the bathroom was spacious enough. Our host, Mohammed, provided us with essential information for choosing and making reservations at two restaurants in Amman (Fakhreldin and Sufra). He also arranged for us the two essential journeys from Amman: to Petra and the Dead Sea. We've been picked up by a friendly and English speaking driver.
