It was a great place to stay while in Tokyo for the marathon. As an American, I found it spacious enough for one, two or maybe three people. More could certainly stay there, but it would be crowded. It was nice to have the kitchenette and the washing machine, which both saved me money. While it is on a busy street, it faces the quiet business courtyard of Shinjuku Eastside, which was pleasant and quiet.

Location was brilliant. 5 minute walk to Ikekuburo train station which also included 11 floors of shopping. Hotel was also located close to lots of restaurants and convenience stores (7 Eleven, Family Mart, etc)

Location was okay, close to main subway line. Got lucky and our room was upgraded for free. Room was clean and comfortable for 4 person. Staff were helpful.

This is probably the best hotel we stayed in Japan. We got a free room upgrade, which was spacy with lots of amenities. Location is near to Ginza line and Asakusa line (to Haneda airport). 7-11 just around the corner. Lots of things to explore in the area.

Appreciated the overall cleanliness and the availability of washing and drying facilities directly in the room itself. Super nice staff and location in Asakusa is fantastic. It feels like you are disconnected from the world when you want it to be (in a quiet-esque area) and at the same time are connected to Tokyo due to the close proximity to Minowa Station.

The units have a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge. There is a private bathroom with bath. Beautiful clean room, and easy to access location. The staff were so friendly. Will definitely stay again.
