We took the family room with garden - really worth the extra cost. Staff were very helpful. There’s a 7-11 just round the corner on the way from the station. We stayed in 3 different Mimaru properties in Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka and this was by far the best one. Highly recommended for families.

The first day I got a little gift for my birthday, directions to the places I wanted to visit, printed maps, drinks. The last day directions to my subway :)))) even personal help to find the place. In a scale of one to ten I give them one hundred stars. The hotel was spotles. I frlt terrivle because I made a tea in the teapot and left yellow marks on the white and I hope it was washable. I am so grateful. Thank you to the moon and back. I will trasure my stay in this hotel in my heart.
