The host and hostess are so welcoming and they invited me to a bbq dinner when I just arrived and it was so delicious! The room itself is clean, beautiful and contains everything needed, especially different kind of drinks in the refrigerator (even though I usually drink water only). Besides, Kunihiro-san also prepares great sandwich for breakfast. Thanks so much :)

Guesthouse RETURN está en Kitsuki, a 25 km de Estación de tren de Beppu, a 37 km de Estación Oita y a 41 km de Lago Kinrinko. Superb property. A standalone unit located next to the host's house. The property is furnished well and reminded me of a personal bach/summer house, feels like home - loved it. The property is well equipped - a full-blown kitchen with everything you need to cook, a bathroom, a dining table, a fridge, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. The owner left some "welcome" ice cream in the freezer and then brought a watermelon he had grown in his garden as a welcome gift. Nice touch. Big supermarket store right next door - food, drinks, medicines etc. (cash only). Great location - close to major Katsuki attractions, not long drive to Beppu. The host is very friendly and helpful. At the end of the stay, he gave us a tour of Kitsuki samurai residences which was a great bonus. Thank you, sir, it was much appreciated. I highly recommend to stay here if you're visiting Kitsuki, Beppu or nearby areas.

They even have automatic dishwasher, washing machine with dryer. Beautiful and aesthetically pleasing living room, kitchen, even the toilets! They even have indoor game sets like Jenga, Mahjong, UNO. We had an amazing time staying here, and would love to stay again when coming to Beppu again in the future! The owner was also super kind, always making sure that we are enjoying our stay!

Really relaxing onsen bath, very clean apartment, comfy robe/clothing provided. Also, the stream next to the apartment was so relaxing to hear. Really nice location.
